May be old news to some, I thought this was interesting. Maybe they could use that $1 Million to fix our *****ty roads.

I have a rubber bushing to use, figured might as well...
I also don't have kids yet, trying to keep it that way for a little yet.I like rock, not a big fan of mud..So I now see and agree why you say DOM, no welded seam. Thank you.
SO, If I go with 1/4 wall DOM 1" ID, 3/4" heim (one or both ends), that should be sufficient for track bar?

I think .120 wall would be strong enough for a DD, and probably hold up to some good abuse..... But why risk it?

The "standard" is 1.5"od .25 wall dom tubing. As for the rubber, I like it without. It will be more solid with heims at both ends, but it may be smoother on the road with the rubber on one end. I would recommend heims, but that's purely a personal preference recommendation, it's your call.
