If I remember right Watervliet is by Albany/Troy area right? Im like an hour South just off the Thruway at exit 19.

Hey. I'm less than 2 hours north of Kingston. I'm planning a trip to Rausch Creek offroad park in PA on Sept. 20th. You're welcome to come along if you like. There's not really anyplace to wheel around here, at least not legally.
