Hey all, I'm new here to the site. And wanted to check in with the SE section. I have a 97 Country 4x2
![]() It's officially fall season and I'd like to know of any destinations/drives I can take to see some beautiful fall foliage. I'm also a photographer, so I'll definetly share the pix here. Since I don't have a 4x4, I don't think I can really go off roading, but dirt roads are cool. Does anyone know of any cool places to go? Also, I don't want to travel too far. I'm in Mableton, GA no more than a couple of hours away. Thanks for your replies. |

Look around Watkinsville, 25 minutes from Athens. I am sure there are prettier places, but I bet that's pretty country in the fall. Lot's of land, and old stuff.

Any where you ll find nice scenery. Take 575 N to 515. Theres an over look thats breathtaking on your way to Ellijah.
Theres some nice hills that way too. If you go toward Canton from Cartersville, on GA20. Really nice folliage there as well. Theres some nice photo ops by the lake and by the 2 bridges. Have fun! Mark
