Default Cutting my Fenders

Does anyone live near Jacksonville, FL and have cut the fenders or are good at the body work and can help me out with cutting mine?

Yes, I have already removed the flares. I want to cut the fenders now but am just scared to mess up. Not sure about the rolling of the edges and how to make the rear look good with the folding. So, some help would be great. Palm Coast is not too far. And not sure if you name ment u went to Flagler but my fiance graduated from there.
