After a meeting in Lancaster yesterday I stopped at the G.I. Depot and got a few things. Wish I could have got everything in there! I ended up getting this pouch that I fastened to the back rack and I put a few things like some screwdrivers, a few wrenches, and a few other things in it for quick access. Needless to say I think I'm gonna get another to put some things like my recovery shackles and some other things in. Also got a small shovel and this awesome sticker. Army surplus stores are definitely a jeepers best friend!

You will not find info online. When a trail becomes well known it gets closed. Best bet is to go with someone who knows them. ( holycaveman) knows quite a few. I would recommend joining "Vinton county ohv" on Facebook. They do runs quite often with lots of experienced people. Yet another option is grab a topographical map and go find them yourself!

I know that the Heiny farm ride was the 18th of October, but there is also a ride down here in Wayne national outside of Marietta. And then the following day there will be some riding in West Virginia not far from Marietta. Heritage region jeep alliance is coming from butler/bantam Pennsylvania and doing a ride with a buddy of mine that is in the club. I gotta see if I can get one day or another off because I'm taking the following week off for my funeral, uh I mean wedding.

Get on Vinton co on Facebook, they keep trailheads very secret but there are always people going on rides, we went in July, was pretty fun

I guess I'm not understanding why it's so secretive, are these trails not legal?
