The other thing I need is a high lift jack, but I am curious to know if the stock jack is suitable to pass inspection (i've never tried jacking it up w/ stock jack after lift)? I still might go even if the rig isn't ready as I want to see other rigs up close to learn some things and get some new ideas.
I'm a little late to the party here but hey it happens right! Since the WF run there have been some changes now CB's and tow points are mandatory along with the other things. That was my first organized run and it was an absolute blast. The vets got out and helped me when i needed it. I can't say enough about all those guys, I guess you too Rob! A guy in the group with me and stryker had street tires and his only mod was rock rails and he climbed some stuff i was too chicken to climb(mine has more agressive tires and a lot more little mods)

BTW guys i'm in Columbus about 35 miles south of indy.

Indianapolis here,
i'm sure i've seen some of you guys on naxja and jeep forum. anyway, as far as a club goes, how about "IndyXJ" or something like that. there are plenty of 4x4 clubs out there that will let anyone in, as well as Jeep clubs. why not be an exclusive "XJ" only club?
