Belvidere/Rockford area, about an hour and a half west of chi-town, or as the native americans call it, (this is spelled how they would pronounce it) Shee-Ca-Ca! yea i know cool right, i'm part of the slapahoe tribe!
 anyways, we should all try to get together over the summer and take a trip down to the Cliffs in Merseilles(sp) IL, we could all meet up near La Salle? and while im on the subject, anyone know of anywhere else good to go wheeling around here? and i dont mean through peoples fields, lol i mean like actual trails and parks like The Cliffs?

Im about a hour and half south of Rockford in Morrison,IL. I've been to the Badlands a few times and The Cliffs once,what a blast! I would like to meet up with you all when and where ever you go. Please get back to me with info.

La Salle/Peru is on I39/S? and Rochelle Petro would mean a lot of wasted time for all the actual Chicago land Jeepers, they would come all the way out to us just to back track down to Merseilles? I realise half the fun is the trip to and from there, but we want it to stay reasonalbe and not make them use up tons of fuel, its about a good half tank for me to get there from the north side of rockford.

You two from Rockford, the one from Morrison and me.... We would pass the area anyway, the guy from Morrison could meet us there, or catch up with us where US 30 meets I-39(two more exits south). If Moparboy wanted to come west and meet us there, cool if not, its closer for him to run down Illinois 23 anyway. I much prefer travelling in groups.. that way if someone has a problem come up on the highway there are others with them.
