The off-road community is small because we have nowhere to go. And when people do it on private property and illegally causing problems for the opening of lands. I know that the Pipeline in Crivitz was closed because people would go into the closed areas purposely.
Half my friends have atvs or snowmobiles and they get well used. So the community for small vehicles is here. We just need the big vehicles. There are clubs for larger vehicles. I've never met any though

You'd have to get a large enough group together to get the politicians to hear your voice..good luck with that. The eco-nuts have the backing of billions of dollars and a nationwide movement to silence everyone else. The off-road community is tiny in comparision and politicians know that a liberal or a conservative isnt going to not vote for them just because of this issue.
If you want to try it though go for it. Ill sign on. Type up some letters and send them to your representatives.
I'm sure if all off roaders, meaning more then just jeeps all signed/got on board then maybe. I mean I know of the pipeline and have read about the other sites. But having 1 dedicated site that's open all year round and has more then 1 difficulty level would be cool.
And as far as my knowledge we don't have such a thing. Right?

Yeah I guess that'd be a problem. Seeing they do have all that support.

No we don't have anything like that. You need to go out of state for an actual trail park.

I think if it wasn't for the douche bags in lifted trucks and 44s that run around and purposefully destroy land then we'd be able to get more support.
But a well regulated trail that only allows trail specific rigs would be the answer to that. It is just nearly impossible to lose the stigma that everyone who offroads is out destroying ****.

Bong allows ATVs and Snowmobiles but they wont let anything else which pisses me off.

Then once that stuff started getting used again they went and started to rip up stuff that was not supposed to be used. Needless to say I didn't join in. And now all that stuff has been fenced off or blocked.
Flinging mud can be fun. But I have more or less become bored with it. Because that's all there is to do. Or at least that's how it seems. Which is why I want to do some trail ridding. I mean sure I'll still go mudding every once in a while. But my jeep can do so much more then that. And my friends trucks are basically only good for mudding.

If I remember right they are trying to open a park in Forest County. They're in the talks and it looks positive.

It's being voted on during the next meeting. $11 million price tag though and the eco-nuts/local farmers are fighting it.

Winch and bumper f/s.. $700 for both.
JCR Offroad bumper
Superwinch 9500 winch.
Both is great condition. Bumper will need some paint touch ups but no dents, dings or anything else on it. Winch is mounted but never been used. You'll need to get a set of the steering brackets though. Theyre $30ish I think from jcr.
Located in oak creek/racine area. Pick up only.
