Is anyone local looking to get rid of their XJ? I have had 3 that I had my eye on. I didn't that I was in a rush because they had been for sale for a bit. One sold almost in the middle of the night the day I asked questions, one the guy wrecked right after I showed interest and the other, we agreed on a price. I was waiting to hear from him and then it sold in the mean time.

Check Craigslist. There are are always several XJs on there in the DFW area. some priced pretty well. Type this in the search field "Jeep Cherokee -grand". That will filter out most if the Grand Cherokees. Then select the " by owner" option above the search bar. That will filter out the dealer ads that are usually priced too high IMO.

That's what I have been doing. Like I said I found 4 I liked. As soon as I expressed interest, they sold. I guess I'll just be patient. Although I almost bought a 2 door Tahoe yesterday...it was a good deal.
