Went swimming at Blue Hole in Austin with my favorite ladies.

Then took the kids to woodland lake back in SA to watch fireworks... just to sit in ****ing gridlock, watching the lightshow from traffic. Ugh.

Hey guys, I just got some new shocks, and new tires on my Jeep, now I need to break them in! Been working on it for a bit getting everything fixed up. New leaf spring bushings, new bump stops, new radius arm bolts (that was my fault), new track bar bushings and bolts, and new u-bolts.

For near-future referance, anyone know a good place to get steel? Pretty soon I'll need some 2x6's for this.
My rockers have some pretty bad rust on em, little early in the build to be doing something like that but I wanna stop the cancer from growing any further.

Default Wheelin at Hidden Falls Friday

Hey guys. I know it's last minute and I don't know anyone here but I'm going to Hidden Falls this Friday and thought I'd put it out there in case anyone wants to join as I'll be going solo with one passenger. As it's a DD I don't get too crazy and have been there once before and handled the 3 rated fine and hit a 4 once, tho it wasn't much harder than the 3's I went on.

Cool. I used to wheel an 86 4Runner back in the late 90's early 00's and we went to Ft. Hood anywhere from 1 to 3 times a month, I lived in n. Austin at the time so wasn't too far, and I hit a couple of events out of state too, and haven't done anything like that since 9/11 and they closed it down. Hopefully some trips can be planned cuz I don't have any of my old wheelin contacts anymore and need to build those back up haha.
