Heres the whole story. A week and a half ago my jeep wouldnt start.....no crank..nothing. i replaced the starter and the relay. I tried to start it and the key just spun in the cylender. I replaced the ignition actuator because it was broke...and since i was there and it was cheep i replaced ignition cylinder and ignition switch. Now it will crank all day long but thats it....I have spark but no fuel....the relay is good. I was gonna replace the pump but im getting not power at the fuel pump plug so thats the problem. I cant figure out why. I was wondering if the ASD is killing power to the pump.

When you turn the key on do you hear the pump hum at first? Check all fuses, grounds, and connections. Make sure the fuel pump fuse has voltage with the key on.

Thats another problem. My Chilton says 84-01 cherokee....yet it has no breakdown or diagram for my fuse box...and had no diagram or instructions for installing my ignition switch, actuator, or cylinder. Im not even sure if my ignition is done correct. I did notice the beep when you put your keys in the ignition and the door is open....well its not beeping anymore like it did. But other than that it seems like I did it correctly. To answer your question....no. no pump hum....no power there at all. What am i missing here?

Default Drive shaft

Anybody have a XJ or ZJ rear driveshaft they would be willing to sell? Need one around 30 inches from end to end or 29 inches from center of cap to center of cap. Yea, I went to pick n pull and Muncie U pull. Found 5 shafts the right length. Every one bent or dented from the forks on the loaders they use.

Funny you should ask... I just installed my lift and as soon as my SYE shows up next week I will have one available. It's a stock 98 driveshaft, if that is suitable for your purposes.

Not very cool I'm afraid. I swapped a np231 into my 02 grand Cherokee that had the np247. The 231 is longer. About the only cool part is I used a np 231 DHD that has the 1.25 wide chain and 32 spline out put shaft.
