Default Four Corners CF Colorado Wheelin trip

Ok guys and gals its time to plan a wheelin trip with everyone. im looking to run around mid to end of april maybe a one day camping/wheeling trip?
maybe run an easy trail like slaughterhouse gulch or a harder one like eagle rock or chinaman gulch? I need everyones opinion on this. i will plan the trip no problem i.e. sites to see, cool poser spots, side trails large campground areas, distance, stops etc etc. So anyway here are a list of trails if im forgetting some let me know.

Spring creek
Eagle rock
Slaughterhouse gulch
Chinaman Gulch
Carnage Canyon
Metberry Gulch
Saxon Mountain
Kingston Peak

oh and of course it would be family and friend friendly but id like to do all XJ'S!!

pm me or post up!!!

A lot will depend on the snow. I'm really trying to get my rig fixed, and if it's done by then, consider me in. I'm leaving for a week, on a business trip on Monday, but when I return, I'm gonna start buying the parts. If things go well, I should be good to go by then end of April or early May, if we wind up needing to pospone. I'll keep an eye on this thread, thanks Seth!!

So how is Eagle Rock? Looking on trail damage it doesn't seem to bad, but for some reason I sometimes think the trail damage reports suck and can be off.

eagle rock isnt to bad in my opinion. i just ran chinamans and it was bad. spring creek we would all need 32's-33's minimum. carnage canyone in boulder is fun and not to bad.

Parts of ER can be pretty hairy. It depends on how many folks have rutted it up. The long up hill section can be hairy for those w/o a locker, and a couple of the other sections can be pretty rough. It's a great trail for me, since it's so close!!

I'm down for anything though!! I'll be slammin on my Heep, and I hope I can get-r-done in time!!
