Attempted the chutes today, didn't go too well. Broke a valve stem that luckily held enough to finish the trail and get me home, and got wedged badly, had to use a hi lift as a comealong to get out.

Awesome! What kind of maintenance? I spotted oil next to one of the spark plugs and I am going to check it out and should be good to go!

Speaking of maintenance, I finally got the notorious '00 cylinder head crack so I'm in the process of pulling the engine apart. Definitely trying to hit some trails once I get this new heavy duty casting in!

Anyone with experience replacing cylinder heads looking for something to do this weekend? I believe I can do it, but if someone who has done it can lend a hand or brain, I would totally show my appreciation with beer.

An old friend and I pulled a 4.0 head at the junkyard in 15 minutes because we forgot water and it was almost 110 degrees and didn't want to be out there longer than necessary lol

Haha, yeah, I've watched that video like three times, he may be rubbing off on me.
