I like the people at fn, but as a fairly poor college student, their prices are a bit out of reach for me. I go to pull & pay for basic parts but I've never seen anything for modifying there, which is what I'd like to focus on now.

Thomas, the owner of FN, can be high priced. But if he is in a good mood and you buy enough, you usually get great deals. I have been a customer of his for years. But you cant beat pull and pay prices!

I'd rather deal with a parts yard that has fair prices without knowing the owner ...lol...All I can think of is one parts yard in Denver area that sold me a d30 hub for $25 then the next time tried to get $90 for a used hub , which I can get one new for that . The same parts yards owner tried to tell me that he could easily make the stock axles d30/35 under the ZJ I had at the time hold the 44 Boggers I was going to run on it by using his knowledge of building stock parts from his "stock car" racing days , and the same asssss-clown tried to sell me a d35 for $900 and got angry when I walked away laughing at him .
