Anyone in Casper know how to change a rear main seal? Mine leaks like crazy, to the point where I've been asked if my jeeps on fire from the smoke coming off the exhaust.....lol.
I have the parts, but I've never changed one and I don't have anyplace to do it.
If someone would be up to helping me change it id appreciate it greatly.
I'll by the beer

Mine leaks too, but not that bad. There are write ups on this forum on how to change it. Some of them make it sound fairly easy. If you search it, you will fin how to do it. If I had the time, I would fix mine, but for now it just marks its territory.

New guy in Sheridan. Bear with me while i build my profile. Ive got a 2000 xj sport 4x4. its a slow work in progress. Bought it to keep the miles off my diesel. Previously I had a 88 Comanche sportruck trim 2.5l 2wd in highschool and College, Great little truck. Kicking myself for selling it.
