My LS wiring harness should be nearing completion in the next week or so. Then I just need driveshafts, exhaust, and a bunch of little crap (wiring, fluids, etc.).

Other than that, we move into the new house in September! I'm excited to have my own workshop separate from the 2 car garage.

No ended up changing every part of the cooling system out and still had it. Went and picked up an infrared temp gun and I'm pretty sure the coolant temp sending unit at the back of the block is bad. Of course nowhere is town has one

If yours is a 96 or newer it won't have the sensor. Far back on the driver side of the block by the valve cover. Next to the stud for the grounding strap

Yea. I bought an early model head when I got a bunch of parts. I'll check tomorrow when I get home from work.

Finally had enough of Las Vegas and the heat so we moved to western Utah. More bugs but much nicer climate. As soon as we finish renovating our 'fixer-upper' I'll be out looking for trails to run.

Glad to hear you'll have a separate workshop for your XJ. I imagine the wife will appreciate it too.
