No no, everybody has been getting "adapter" mixed up with "press".

The press and the general adapters that it comes with, I bought. I just forgot to buy the jeep adapter set from Amazon and it won't be here in time.

You know how our axles have a bend in them that technically keeps the press from inserting the new ball joints in straight? This is an adapter that is not flat but angled so that the ball joint is inserted in the axle straight.

Who wants to help a local team in the Vegas to Reno race? I've been asked by their crew for next weekend, but I have existing plans.
If you have my number, text me. I rarely log on anymore sinice the app crashed. If you have worked in the pit crews before, and/or have experience with the BITD races let me know.
If they do find the needed help I will post here.

You don't need an adapter. Use a washer as the spacer, check BleepinJeep ball joint video. I didn't use the washer since my ball joints fell apart.

I didn't have a problem and I just rented a universal one. Nothing special. Top ballpoint goes out last and goes in first. That way the threaded part of clamp can be through the bottom balljoint hole. Like he said, YouTube it

Coolant temp sensors are super cheap. Just go buy a new one.

Rain?? Where? Hahaha I never got anything where I live.

Depending if my ex takes my son for the weekend and how the XJ does after the alignment I'll let you know. Just put it all back together and am ready to do a quick alignment to get it down to arrow alignment.
