Hey guys! New to the forum, & the area. I just bought a 95 XJ a few months back. Looking to add some goodies to her in the near future, and also hit the trails! I am in Santa Rosa, but I am down in the bay area/Oakland to visit family and play hockey, as well as up in the Humboldt area sometimes too. I'd be down to meet up and help wrench & learn from you guys as well!

Thanks guys! Anyone down to help me diagnose some minor issues with my jeep? I know I am going to have to replace my Ac clutch or compressor, hell it might just be the bearing in the pulley. It makes a terrible noise when I kick the defrost or ac on. AC blows cold though. I'm hoping I don't have to do any draining of the system. I also have coolant leaking from somewhere. When I climb under the jeep I see coolant by the firewall right where the trans connects meets up with the motor. Any ideas? I was going to try and check the water pump & see if I see it dripping. Is that a good place to start? I tried doing some research first but I'm not too familiar with the inline 6 or 4x4's. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

I wish I had time to help. My Jeep needs a full run down after cow, my Harley is still on a stand, the Caddy needs a full tune up and my whole three day weekend is booked with helping Chris and scouting a property for my job. Welcome Snozelberry. Pics of Jeeps guys?

I have some NEW Smittybilt XRC rock sliders for an XJ that I would be willing to part with for $300. They retail for $500. I have all of the installation hardware and instructions.

I would also be willing to trade for installation of 4x6 Rock sliders on my XJ. This would involve the removal of my rockers and welding in the new. I want to assist with this install I am just no good with a welder (still learning). I am sure that some of you could have easy access to these materials and might even consider it an easy job.
