What did you do to your XJ today??

So I couldn't find that spool. I took off the rubber hose and I even took the top of the airbox off and that plasic tube that molds into the box is hollow with nothing in it. So either the other owner already took it out. Or I'm looking in the wrong spot

I'm sure the PO took it out. That is usually the first thing a guy does when buying an XJ and wanting to get a little more power out of it on the cheap.

If you haven't found it by Saturday morning when we meet up, I'll show you where I'm talking about. Are you going to meet me in Monroe or are we just going to meet up at Reiter?

Ok, guys. I got the extended front bump stops put in last night. Doing this without removing the coils was a ROYAL PAIN IN THE A$$!!!!!!! I'm sure they will make steering while off road much better. Can't wait to try it out up at Reiter this weekend.

I finished a battle with u joints, but I got the bind out of my steering. I foound out that the hub for a 91 doesn't exactly fit a 87. So if any of you guys need a spare hub and axle shaft for the pass. side let me know. Soon I will have to rig up my flares again so I can take doors off without getting covered in mud.

Tried to fix my exhaust but there wasn't. Enough left over when the muffler was torn off to attach a new one with a c clamp. so i paid a total of175 for new exhaust from the collectors back. Used the old cat and that was ripped off. Then a new cherry bomb muffler.
Sounds good.

Painted and installed the grill out of an 01 I picked up a few months back. And broke down and purchased some new wheels:
And yes, I will be leaving these Black. I have 2 months to get the gears done before the XJ heads to it's new home in Wyoming, so I have to focus on gears once the wheels are installed.

hey macs your in oak harbor right? I swear I saw your jeep driving around up here.
I installed the first set of off road lights if you can call them that. They are bumper mounted and wired. Also pulled everything I wanted/needed/suspected that I would break on mine, off the purple jeep.
