McGrew Trail, O'Brien, Oregon
I only recently purchased my XJ, and it's not yet "trail" ready, but have been on this trail numerous times on my quad.

(There used to be many more maps and descriptions but they all seem to have disappeared. Hope this doesn't have anything to do with the guy that died up there earlier this month.)

How bad would the trails beat up a stock jeep at Tahuya? Never been out there but have a lot of buddies at work who have lifted truck and they go out there all the time.

Anyone heard of cherry valley, not trying to get this thread shut down,i believe it is private property but one of my dads best friends is a key holder for the gates up there. Its not an ORV park and you dont need a pass, there is just a large house out front with a sign that say haul it in haul it out. the guy has alot of lifted toyotas so im assuming its his land and hes okay with people playing around. Its the only place i really wheel probably about 20 some od miles of different trails and terrain. Near Duval WA

Great area to go to take woodinville-Duvall road out to the city of Duvall take a left once you hit the main part of the city, not sure if the highway name but not hard to miss since the road ends there and the city is only like 3 blocks haha, and then take a right on cherry valley Rd. Once you get about a mile or so up the road it curves right and there's a dead end road. Go on to the dead end and there is a gravel hill on the left. Follow it up to the yellowgate and all the trails are behind that. it's open. There is a huge lake back there too with a lot if mud around it, but mainly the trails just follow the power lines. Watch out for guys shooting about 2 miles in.most people are responsible but I have seen a few idiots up there. Haven't been there in a couple months but there's a little bit if terrain for everything

anthony-ellsworth2; Walker Valley isn't very far from ya. It's just East of Mount Vernon/ Big Lake up in the foothills. 15-20 minutes from I5. see post by BuckB91XJ for map, etc.

This is the best and most recent map, I know of, that exists of Evans Creek. If one of you local boys has a better one post it please!

I just bought my 1993 XJ, have a few things to do to get "Trail Ready" like new tires, needs new windshield to be legal, could use some more lights, and the suspension needs a once-over.
I would LOVE to see some good trails when it is ready. Looking for anything near Vancouver/Clark County.

Kinda surprised nobody has mentioned Reiter Pit now known as Reiter Foothills ORV. It is a bit small and is very engineered (man made) but it is great for rock crawling. I went last weekend on G1 and G6 the beginners trail because most other trails you need a comp. rock buggy.
