Default still workin on the Jeep

So like I said before I wanted to get the Jeep up to par before I go off roading on it. So when I did a tune up on it I found that the rotor under the distributor cap was rusted on. I couldn't pull it off. I didn't put that much pressure on it because I was afraid of breaking something. Also need to replace the front right and back right axle seals. Any suggestions. When i get back home first thing i'm doing is brakes when I get back home. not going to be fun but i want to get it done in one day. All the brakes. calipers pads and discs. your help is greatly appreciated. Yea my wife is impatient because she wants to go off roading for the first time as well.

The rotor is a pastic piece that slips over a metal shaft. Pry that sucker off with a flat tip screwdriver if you need to. If you break the rotor into pieces to get it off, so be it. As you know, you will replace the entire rotor with a new one anyway. Just be very careful to not drop any of the pieces down inside the distributor housing.
Front axle seals are a bit of a chore. You have to remove everything from the knuckle out on each side. The rears are quite simple. You don't even have to take the brakes apart. Just remove the drums, remove the 4 bolts on each side. Now, here is where it gets tricky. If you have a D44 rear, you just pull out on the axle shafts. If you have a D35 or ChryCo 8.25, you actually push in on the axles. You have to remove the diff cover and pull the C clips and then you can pull out on the axles. Just scrape the old gasket and sealant off the ends of the axle housing and bearing caps and put fresh RTV on it and put it back together. Instant new axle seal that works fine and lasts a long time.

Default axle seal

They axle seal seems that it will be a bit difficult. I'm going to try to do the brakes and the axles seal all in one day. Hopefully in the weekend when I get back.
