Default im lonely

im from gig harbor washington, im working on making my 1995 xj more off road capable(slowly but surely) but i dont even know where i can go to get off the pavement. so anything locally would be great, and ide love to meet some people around this area too!

hey bro! welcome and if you wanna meet some peeps check out whidbey4x4.com , most of the XJ's from here post on there too and we go to Walker alot so it'll be a good way to start and see what you need. We had a stock Grand go up there with us on our first group trip and did fine so hit us up! oh and dont forget about this forum, some guys still go with us but arent in our club so bounce back and forth

wheeler, right up the road from you is a town called Belfair. About 10 minutes outiside of Belfair is the Tahuya State Forest ORV area. Literally, from Gig Harbor, you can be there in about a half hour or less. Google search for Tahuya state forest. There are maps showing you exactly how to get there and maps of the trail system. The 4x4 Loop Trail is the main Jeep trail. You should check it out.

Ya it is a great place! my son and I were just there tuesday night on a search for a missing mushroom picker and we were like three minutes from the trail and didnt get to go on to the wheeling trail Almost but not quite! Oh well our missing subject was found in good condition and we'll get out there another day.
