Default Best way to get lift on a budget

I've got a very low budget, and I'm lookin for a 4 inch suspension lift for a '92 xj. Anyone have any insight?

for about $500 you can get a rough country 4.5" lift. thats about the best i know if you wanna go 4 inches.

besides what they have already told you. used is the only cheaper way. i know someone selling a 3 inch lift for 300. it is front springs rear springs. 4 shocks and track bar. brand new about 600.

then if 3 isnt tall enough buy 1 inch shackles used for 50ish and buy spacer for front used about 50ish. total about 400.

might as well wait and but a rough country kit new.

but if 3 is good then PM me i will give you the info you need.

also 3inchs with moderate trimming will clear 33s with minor rub at full articulation.

2" budget lift and fender trim. $100 done. Don't buy used shackle $50 or used spacer $50, you can get new ones for that price. Also if you need help trimming, let me know, it would take me like an hour.

i think i'm gonna go with the RC 4.5" add a leaf kit but I'll keep the 2" budget lift in mind. Havent really decided yet. but thanks guys, Ya'll are really helpful.

Runnin rc 4.5 with aal's and for 500 bucks i am totally satisfied, cant go wrong. I also have the swaybar disconnects and adjustable trac bar for an extra 150 and done. next will be the sye that they have
