Yes yes and replaced.
Now whats really really weird.
My buddies 90 is doing the same thing. Except he gets an occasional pop through the intake. Which i find strange.
He thinks it may be bad gas. But that seems unlikely.

Pop through the intake is probably low fuel pressure.

well the staring issue seems to have been somewhat resolved. its atleast starting most of the time.
however the hesitation is still very present.
it feels like im driving into a stout headwind.the truck slows but the rpms dont change.
i checked the fuel pressure while driving and it doesn't move. so that leaves me spark.
