Default XJ Blowing Interior Fuse 11

Alright guys I have been all over these forums searching this problem and it seems like their is a lot of people with this fuse blowing but no one has updated their post saying they figured it out. I have been over my jeep front to back. Everything but pulling the wiring harness out of the dang thing. I bought it last October and it seems the previous owner had the same problem since everywhere I have looked someone has poked and prodded with a test light and even clipped some wires and ran their own. Its a 1998 xj so theirs no tellin who did what for what reason. Like I say I have been researching this problem and working on mine for 3 months now so if anyone that had this problem and actually pinpointed the problem please please please let me know

What accessory/component is labeled on that fuse location?

Power control module, transmission control module, automatic shutdown relay, fuel pump relay. Basically everything you need to go down the road haha

I'd be checking all of your grounds if you're blowing a main fuse like that because there is a major short somewhere.

Check for a shorted coil in one or more of the relays.

I have swapped all the relays around and it still does it. Its weird the first time it did it I put a new fuse in and it started up and ran for a day or two then blew again. I put another fuse in and made it a week until it blew again. I found where the previous owner had clipped a wire and ran his own and left the old wire bare. I taped it up and I had no problems for s month or so. Then it blew again and I put a new fuse in it and the second I turned the key on it blew. It acted this way for two days. Now I can put a fuse in and it will only blow when I'm in reverse and step on the gas. I checked my grounds at the taillights and all seems well their. Its getting pretty frustrating I hate electrical issues

Ok I'm going to revive my thread since I complained about no one else updating theirs. I did find the problem. I ended up picking up another xj for cheap and was going to swap harnesses but when I unplugged the wiring underneath on the tc and tranny and pulled it up into the engine compartment I found 3 wires completely rubbed through the insulation. I fixed them and have been jeepin ever since with no problems. Hope this helps anyone that might be having the same problems.
