Mine dont work intermittently. There's a big black box velcroed under the dash. It's called the intermittent wiper delay control module. It's amazing how far we've come with technology from 96... It used to take a circuit board bigger than the size of an iPhone, just to turn the wipers on and off intermittently. Today it's probably a microchip built into the computer on most cars...

Yeah, I removed the wiper delay box and I now have 2 speeds and they return to the bottom when I turn them off. I just don't have intermittent wipers, which is fine with me. they're still pretty slow, but I'm guessing that something just needs greased. not worrying about that right now.

I'm guessing it's fried since I removed it and now have 2 speeds again. Before the wipers only worked on High, but moved like they were in ultra slow and they wouldn't return to the bottom when turned off. They do that now, but they are still a bit slow

Did your wipers every give out again? My iwc box fried and I replaced it. It got fried again so I took it out and connected the wires directly. I only had high and low, and then they gave out again. Any suggestions?
I have a 95 jeep gc
