Hate to threadjack here, but I am having issues with my delay module. Main issue, it isn't there, just the connectors connected to each other. I got a "new" module from ebay that listed XJ, not ZJ the other day but the connectors seem to have a lot more pins than the module. What confuses me more is that all the modules I can find online look like the one I got that doesn't match up with the connectors on my jeep...? Its a 91 by the way.

Mine didn't have any Burnt out spots on the back. Found one at the local pull-a-part from a 96 and now it works!!

Just so you know, if you go through the trouble of repairing burnt traces in the delay module, it will likely just burn through other traces. It's clear that the etched traces are too thin to support the load of the wipers. I've repaired mine in several places and on several occasions and it will work for a few days, even a week or two, then stop. I'm not sure if my experience is typical but I suspect it is.
My solution is to 1.) live in California, where it never rains and 2.) Hone my on/off skills so I can manually switch the wipers off just as they reach the park position which is a lot like trying to stop the gas pump at $60.00 and not $60.01.

Intermittant wiper problems
Hello all. I have a 1995 2 door Cherokee that tha Intermittant does not work. Low and high both work fine and it always returns to normal position when turned off. I would also like to mention that when I have it in the Intermittant position for a long period of time, sometimes it starts to work intermittently???? I removed the wiper module from under the drivers side dash and took it out of the plastic case, turned it over to look for the tell rake burned area and nothing... It is all clean and green. Not even a hint of any discoloration. Could it be the turn signal switch itself? I tried working it off to on, several times to try and clean the reostat but that didn't work either. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
