Default Wiper fuse/relay question

Is there a specific fuse/relay for the windshield wipers? Damn tilt steering column became loose enough that it's playing hell with the wiper switch, now they stay on all the time even when set to "off". I didn't really see anything the other night but I only checked the kick panel location and the relay box under the hood.

if you pulled one that said wipers and it didnt stop you might have a short or the ignition control witch is junk. when i bought my 87 my ICS was toast. it took me awhile to figure it out after i fixed near half the wiring in the dash. which it needed. the power going to the wipers and blinkers and i cant remeber what else there is goes threw the cd player like a loop. if anything shorts with the cd player your wipers doom light and blinkers will probably act up. but recheck and let us know. and i know after i did a bunch of rewireing it came down to me getting a new ICS which is like $13. its kind of a b***h to change but that might be the problem if it isnt the fuse it self.

Everything else works as it should, which is surprising considering the history of the car. The woman with the nice rack's uncle had a power drain and cut/disconnected nearly everything, turned out that when he would turn the car off, he'd turn it all the way back to "acc" and it would leave the blower on which ran down the battery every couple days. There are a couple random odd wires here and there but all the switches work. I'll keep that ICS in mind, the dropped tilt might have pinched a wire somewhere.

my steering wheel is pretty floppy and i thought maybe a wire got pintched at first. but then i got to thinking if that where the case i should be able to move it around and get them to work. i would guess ICS or the switch in side the handel what ever that is called
