Default Windsheild Washer Fluid Motor Problem

k here's the deal.
my front and rear windsheild washer fluid squirters dont seem to want to work. I have checked any fuses and relays that could be causing the problem and they are all fine. Now, i think it may be the motor because when i use the switch there is no sound of a motor trying to get the fluid out.
Does anyone know if i'm on the right track and if i am, where do i find the motor? Also, is it a separate motor for the wipers and the fluid?

Thanks alot.

I have no clue mine have long since quit working and I have never spent the time to trouble shoot it yet. I think my motors are bad also though

The wiper motor and the fluid pump are separate...
The wiper motor should be on the firewall near the cowl
The pump is inside the reservoir.

i was just lookin at it a while ago and i cant seem to find the reservoir :S
all i can see is the fill cap and then the tube goes into the body, just above the wheel well on the front left side.. i cant trace the tube to find out where it goes. anyone know where it leads?

On a 2000? Yeah, it's tucked up inside the LF fender... It's dark out now, but tomorrow I'll take a look at mine since I have a lot of the inner fender out already.

You can also look into getting an in-line pump to splice into the line somewhere....

The pump mtrs are on the tank which is inside drivers side front fender.....You gotta remove the wheel/tire......inner fenderwell.......Front pump is on bottom........Rear is on top........And they are not the same.......Motor looks the same but the elect connection is different....I'm gunna have to tear into mine again when its warmer cause right now I have to push the rear squirters to get fluid to come out the front !! Take my advice........Buy both pumps and replace them both......They corrode really badly and now I gotta do the same job twice cause I tried to save a few bucks........Live & Learn........Scott
