Default What do I need for rear disk conversion

I want to do a rear disk conversion on my 2000 xj with a 8.25. I know that liberty disk brakes are a complete bolt on but, i was wondering if there were any parts that would be easier to get.

Check out one of our vendors

Expensive but from what I heard it is worth it.
