Water Pump Replacement
How hard is it and what do i have to remove to get the water pump out? any secrets to doing it?

since you have everything tore apart, grab a new thermostat and gasket... often sold seperate. Have a good look at your fan clutch and serp. belt as well.
for the extra 10 minuets it takes, pull the radiator out as well, the increased work room will save you time and headache in the end.
put back together with new hoses and clamps (fan clutch and serp belt if needed).

Yeah atleat change the bottle hose - Its much eaiser to change it when you got the waterpump off rather then on the side of the road at night during the winter..
