Default washer fluid pump doesn't work

i can't spray any washer fluid on my windshield. the pump isn't making any noise, so its not a leak, the pump just isn't working. is it a fuse i need to replace?

I'm going to guess that your pump motor is rusted up. Pull it off and look at it.. sometimes you can clean 'em up and get a few more miles on 'em.

Replacement (new ones) washer motors are cheap on ebay. That is where I got mine. Use this search string for parts and accessories:

cherokee -grand windshield washer

36-hits less than $30.

90% of the time the pump goes bad and is all that needs to be replaced. not to expensive.

Is the front washer pump the same part number as the rear washer pump, even though they're separate?
Also, which one is the rear, top or bottom?
