Video of squeaking from rear wheels
Modulates with speed of wheel rotation.
I can put it into Neutral and roll, and it still squeaks.
So, I don't think it's the drivetrain.
What should I check first?

most likely rear brake drums take them apart and take a peek or check if anything is making contact with a moving part itll be easier if it was the front as theyre usually the brake shield squeaking lol

No clue how to remove the drum once the tire is removed.
So tired of terrible videos that skip half the steps.
As such, I've lost all interest in working on this car, so I took it to a mechanic.
It was a broken cable. He replaced everything on both sides, new shoes, $200.
Money well spent, and glad that's done.
