Very low idle only when started

Very low idle only when started
I've got a 95 Cherokee with 165k miles. It takes it a mintue to start up, but always starts first try.When started it acts like it wants to stall, but never completely stalls out. I can give it gas and sometimes it makes it go away. It never does it when going down the road,at lights etc. Just when started.. Here's what I've replaced:
-pickup sensor
-tps
-iac
-cleaned the throttle body.. other things that wouldn't make a difference with the idling problem.

Try cleaning your CTS(coolant temperature sensor) or just replace it since they're not expensive. It's on your thermostat housing. Effects the fuel to air ratio.
