Alot of guys on NAXJA are putting this in their jeeps its a delay timer so your fan will run a few minutes after you've turned off your jeep and blows alot of the hot air out. Here's a link for the timer.

and here's a link to the thread that might help

What do you guys think? btw this is my stock XJ Trying to keep it factory like.
I saw this one the other day and really liked how clean it is. I'm going to do something like this to mine... when I have time haha

I really like how the vents look too. I just barely seen the write up earlier today. I'm pretty sure alot of people are going to be copying him. Myself included. Its pretty slick looking yet has a great function at the same time.

I have to agree with this answer!

vapor lock is a POSSIBILITY if fuel pressure is below 30 psi but isnt likely until you run less than 20 psi (so unless you're running a single pumper carb you're somewhat safe). your LIKELY culprit has already been said here (bad check valve) but you'd have to check your residual fuel pressure (pressure with the pump off) to make sure it's holding pressure

QUOTE=JeepingDan;172017]Thanks I think I might have a idea here. the thing is I don't want to cut any holes in the hood cause I want the stock look and it's lined up to the body perfectly. clothes pins? that's kinda out there but you never now till you try. or I can just deal with it and purge the fuel rail when I have the problem. Thanks for the opinions they help and I'll be looking for more. [/QUOTE]
