trans line size, help please
I'm trying to see what size the trans line metal line is so I can get the right flaring tool. I'm trying to replace the rubber hose on the line due to the fact that it leaks up near the rad due to the o-rings. I've tried buying a replacement fitting but the one I got was wrong so I just want to cut it off and flare the end then clamp new hose on. thanks in advance

Since 3/8" hose fits neatly over the tube, I believe the tubing will be 5/16" ID (or a -5, if you're going to use SAE, AN, or JIC flare.)
