I have a friend who owns a f150 with brand new 31 in tires that he wants to swap for my 235 because hes cheap and believes larger tires wear faster just wanted to hear your folks experiences

Default faster?

Larger tires do wear faster if they are the muddin kind.....they are softer so I could see this misconception, but if you increase your tire size a couple of inches and still use a T/A, Highway, street tire, whatever was on it before then you just gonna see a change in mileage, and on your speedometer
