Well I followed your directions for 'engine' and B and C I got nothing. Will double check. Also checked for 'trans' on the square plug, and B and D got the same outcome as B and C

Ok, so with the digital unit it helped a lot. My input I'm getting 4.85. Output, was .17. Max I can get adjusting is .71. 17% per your instructions is .8245.

Lol sorry sorry. I'm in San Antonio so let's hope the storms rolling in tonight don't mess any chances up for me to get this test drive

As long as that rain ain't too hard to fly up under the hood, I'm good.
But I think we gonna get a lot more rain again.

After seeing this post, I went out and adjusted mine on my 90 xj.
Did it the way the video suggests, no difference. so I pulled it out one click to loosen it a bit, it was actually keeping me from getting FULL throttle by small amount.
took it for a test drive, made a hell of a difference. probably the opposite result that you want but it raised my shift points a bit, it feels more normal. But I also have oversized tires. the motor doesn't feel as overworked anymore.
plus before I had to let off a bit for it to shift sometimes, now it just shifts. even at WOT.

Well, the adjustment to the TPS didn't effect the shifting. I picked a new one up from AZ, but not sure if I should go ahead and install, or look elsewhere for answers
