Question Thermostat housing

I noticed some coolant was leaking from the thermostst housing, I replaced the gasket but the problem didn't stop, so I replaced the thermostat housing with a new gasket ..... but it still leaks !!! what should I do?

Both mating surfaces gotta be sterile clean and use RTV sealer on both sides of the gasket. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, just snug.

with out seein exactly where it coming from this is the fix unless the timing cover is cracked

we have lots of Indian and Chinese products, but I buy from the dealer in the UAE, because our dealer provides parts only for jeeps from 2006 and up !!??!!

this happend to me when i replaced my thermostat..make sure the thermostat is in place before you tighten the bolts, it could of easily fell out of place.

Stands for Room Temperature Vulcanizing......would think it would be available everywhere. And like Mott said, make sure the t-stat didn't slip out of it's recess.

Would a cracked timing cover cause a coolant leak?
