Strange behavior after overheating, please help!
Hi guys,
98 cherokee 4.0
I'll keep it short. My coolant temp sensor started malfunctioning while on vacation, reading too low of a temp. I avoided driving but I had to drive it home (at which point it seemed to be functioning, so I thought it might have been a fluke). Anyway, i get home, turn off the jeep, and coolant starts gushing out of the overflow. I'm assuming it could have been overheating anywhere from a minute to half an hour max, with some highway driving.
I replaced the sensor, and all was well, ...until...
It starting bogging out a little. Not often, but ever now and again, at a stop light, the rpms would twitch a little. It's gotten worse, and will do it randomly either at idle or while driving. The rpms will jump then fall, it's hard to explain, but it almost seems like a misfire, but im getting no codes.
I should also mention it's inconsistent. It will only happen randomly, at which point it will go away and continue running like a champ.
I changed the oil and Trans fluid, definitely burnt, but no sign of any mixing of the fluids.
Here is a link to a video of what the rpms looked like during idle at a random time.

I realize I didn't keep this short, sorry! Please help!
