just talked to an actual mechanic in a shop......i got it figured out i feel dumb now......ok so i have code 54...........54 No sync pickup signal during engine rotation (turbo only)
OR
54 Internal logic module fault ('84 turbo only) - or camshaft sensor/distributor timing
which explains y i have no power coming from the distributor....so he said its probably the cam that is bad. the two wires goin to the coil energize it but the distributor gives it power... so that explains my check engine light and why i have no power going to my coil and no power from my distributor

Check the fuse panel under the hood for a blown 30 amp fuse, if there is a blown fuse take a peek at the o2 sensor wiring and see if it has worn through or melted to the exhaust header. If that is not the case it could be a bad crank or cam sensor. You need voltage and a pulsing ground at the coil, if you have no voltage look for that fuse as mentioned earlier. No pulsing ground would indicate a bad cam or crank sensor. Might as well replace both of them if one is bad.

Trace the primary wires from the coil and look for damaged wires. Do you hear the fuel pump kick on when you first turn the key on?

yup pump is priming ive traced the wires and the black one is fine it runs to the alt. and the green/orange one runs to the fuze box and stops there and the asd relay is golden i swapped it out and still cant find anything wrong! the only thing so far ive found wrong are the broken distributor teeth...which ive swapped and the distributor turns now and is all in check! so thats where im at! stuck haha

You have no voltage to the coil, the ECM does not supply the voltage to the coil, the ECM switches the ground. You have an open someplace in the coil circuit.
