Default P0201 code help!!!

Alright so I got a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0. Ive been getting this code P0201- Injector circuit open/cylinder 1. Changed the Injector with 4 different injectors an still getting the code. Checked the pigtail with a multimeter. Getting 13.87 volts along with #2-#6 Injectors. All of them are getting 13.80-13.87 volts (they vary). Anybody ever had this issue? I've read up an checked everything I know. Also chased the wires an only found 1 bad spot on 1 wire an it looks like it just got pilled by a knife. No broken visible wires. Taped it up an put everything back together. Also have checked the pins in the ECM an they're good. Is my ECM burnt up or what? Need it fixed asap!

If you changed injectors and checked the wiring then the only thing left to change would be the computer .
