2001 cherokee sport 4.0 blower motor not working.
Hi all, the blower motor isnt working in my cherokee and it's getting cold in Michigan lol. Any information on the fuse that controls it would be appreciated, Haynes manual says it's a 25amp in the fuse block, they look fine and thinking of just cutting the wire to the blower and putting a toggle switch in to have high at least.
Thanks guy's.

I think the fuse for the blower motor if it were blown, it would also shut down other systems that you would notice.
It might be the blower motor itself is bad? You can try applying seperate 12Volt battery power to it to see if it works.

Turn speed up and smack the bottom of the blower housing under the glove box with palm of hand
If does start up its on its way out
Usually sounds like squealing bearings or chirpy sounds

Did you check the blower motor resistor located behind the glove box? They tend to corrode over time, but should still allow your motor to run on high.
