Default Sway bar links .. a cpl ?s

any suggestions / tips before I dive into those? looks pretty simple once bolts are busted loose

any tips would be great .. special tools ? need to lift front / wheel off ?

and, besides the annoying "pop" .. is ok to drive locally? bolts are on tight .. need some PB for sure ..

Also .. Steer Damper is old, leaked a bit of oil when I had linkage apart .. tips on that ? looks easy to do

thanks in advance

sorry to bump

I may be tackling this tomorrow

Buy entire Moog Kit w/ links ?

or just bushings ? arm links look ok

a few $$s more on whole assy sounds better then wasting time removing nasty bushings .. had too much fun removing old tie rod boot remnants last wknd .. takes too long

thoughts?

lookin for quick swap ,, any tricks ?

Done today .. less than an hour for both sides

easy !!!!!!!!! tire stayed on too

18mm socket for linkage axle nut, 15mm for stock upper nut

bought assembled whole linkages .. Driveworks, fit right on $33 /pair .. wasnt sure if I would have to un-press / press bushings in .. if I just bought a bushing kit

left side .. popped right off .. new link went on easy

right side I used the high-lift to get new 1 on, needed 1 more inch of clearance for the upper bolt .. a little trickier having the steer damper mount in the way, for lower bolt .. perfect fit otherwise

old Links are fine besides bushings .. good spares to have .. the old bushings came out on their own .. worn out

Now I can see why no replies to thread .. very easy

Yeah man simple job. As far as the dampener, it's a simple job too. Just a couple bolts. Getting it off will be the hard part if it's the original. PB blaster, heat, a BFH and a pickle fork will be your friends
