what is the beast way to remove the header

Well you will have to remove the fuel rail, intake manifold and then unbolt the header from the down pipe and then from the block. You might also remove the air filter box first to give yourself some room.

if you remove the injectors out of the intake get new O-rings....

You don't have to remove the injectors from the intake..

i know you dont but some people dont have the fuel line disconnect tools...and opt to take the rail off the intake....

My fuel lines are the quick disco type so no tool needed. I just assumed all XJ's were like that but likely they aren't.
