Default removing a BB

so i'm considering removing my 2'' budget boost. i've got the spacers in front and AAL in the back. my question is, is it possible for my to just cut out the spacers? cus it was a hell of alot of work to get them in and i don't want to go through that again. i know that i'd have to do the rear completely. is it a bad idea to just cut out the spacers or is it possible?

and what could be the consequences of doing this? (ie another alighnment)

watch yer fingers and chop away if you don't plan to re-sell!!! if you didn't need an alignment before you shouldn't need one after, but it never hurts to sure especially if you got ~$80 burning a hole in your pocket.

well i figured i'd strap the coils and then jack it up. was thinkin that might give me enough room cut that spacer out without the coils popping my hands off.

no idea...it doesn't seem like an easy thing to cut in the position its in. let us know what you use and how it works out. It seems to me like it would just be easier to use coil compressors and take it out the way it went in since you're gonna jack it up anyway.

Just remove those coil spacers properly. Not only is it stupid and dangerous to attempt to cut them out with the springs under full load but also much more work then just using spring compressors to remove the springs then remove the spacers then replace the springs. Sorry but cutting them out is just asking for a hospital visit..

and you are NOMINATED
