Default different fuel line for xj?

Ok so my original fuel lines broke. So I got rid of them when I put in my 97 tank and all that stuff. Well this 1 leaks too!!!! So now im trying to get it to work long enough for the weekend to come.

I can figure out how to bend the replacement lines. I saw some tool on Ebay but im kinda curious. can I just use a line from something like a TJ or a Caravan or something stupid like that? I mean will it fit? I can get 1 that is already bent and stuff on Ebay and Im tired of messing with this stupid thing.

PLEASE I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP!!!!!! I will send you a cookie.

I understand it says Chrystler when you go buy replacement but I want to know if I bought a TJ line would it work? I have a 97 gas tank/fuel line so will a TJ line be the same as the 97 XJ line for curves and such?

Probably not. The wheelbase alone is way different. Length may be different.

You can make repairs in Steel, Copper or Rubber. Steel is the best material and almost universally used by the OEM for a reason.

it fits. Its actually all metal (weird flexible metal stuff on the part that connects to the fuel rail and the fuel line from the gas tank)

So if anyone else needs a replacement and doesnt want to work with that plastic stuff, A TJ line will work. For 97-01 fuel rails atleast
