Ive got the new floor in and decided to rivit it in down the middle part and all the sides and wheel tubs are rosette welded in. It turned out good and everything fit together like huge puzzle.

Herculiner went in yesturday, almost time to reassemble. Rockers were finished with Rust-oleum bedliner because I like the smoother look.

That looks good. I looked at my 89 and I dont have rust, i'm gonna check my wifes 95 out. I've been hearing early and mid 90's have been having rust problems 2 of my friends have had rust problems. one of those was a 93 and one was a 95...
How long has that fix taken you?

It's taken me about 4 weeks and counting mostly only working on the weekends. I still need to fab my BPE's for the rear shocks and a few other things. I've seen all XJ floors rust out, when im done with this, im pulling out the carpet in my 01 and using the rest of the Herculiner on that, and put POR-15 in all the rockers to prevent rust.
