Default Squeeking/binding/grinding issue after flexplate replacement

87 Cherokee Pioneer 4.0 aw4 242tcase.

So. Please forgive me for not searching as I tried the best I could describing things in google and it always came up with ujoints or brakes or suspension issues, I guess Its still possible. All of that worked just fine before. Its snowing and I'd like to try to narrow it down.
Before the flexplate replacement things worked pretty decently other than that issue considering its age and neglect at earlier times. I've had it running great lately. Flexplate was cracked so i decided to replace it. Got that done. Everything seemed to go back together just fine. Now I'm having trouble pinpointing what the issue is. I've made a video with the squeeking sound. I can drive the jeep but im afraid to do it because it will occationally bind up and grindclunk like metal on metal and the squeeking is always a bit louder right before the grind clunks. I did the best I could marking drivelines before removal so I could put em on the same ways. I dont want to break anything. It doesnt make any abnormal sounds while parked idling. The starter sounds a little different than before when starting but it starts. I removed the starter and looked at it but it looks normal and is tight. The squeeking is almost immediate after moving, forward or reverse. It isnt constant. It will go away and return a few minutes or seconds later. Sounds like its the same as the the tire rotations. The sounds are accompanied by the feeling like I am tapping the breaks, even that feeling comes and goes. It happens enough I'm afraid to even drive it a couple blocks though I have driven it around 10 miles 3 or so times with minimal occurances mostly when first rolling or right before I park.
Just before I replaced the flex plate I drove it 4hours to north Idaho and back while the flexplate was cracked. Everything was just fine. Didnt have any problems. I assume I just have to tear everything apart again and start from the ground up.

I did remove the front driveline as that was the last thing I installed, no change.

The video file is mp4 so I cant upload it. But i have a youtube link, not sure if thats ok to post since I know links are sometimes frowned upon.

Thank you for reading. Any input would be appreciated.
I am now remembering that i think the rear brake proportion valve may be bad or somethin because after a good wet rain it seemed like the rear tires would lock right up in slow speeds as soon as i touched them, there was no easing into it. I will look at that area also as the squeeking is almost similar to the squeek it would make when that happend. But not accompanied by grinding or binding feeling. The squeaking sound seems to be coming more from the front though.
