Default MOAB Gobi towing

What do you think pulling this trailer will be like?

I'm considering purchasing a MOAB Gobi trailer. (www.moabaz.com) Trailer weight will be around 2,000lbs plus water (24g) and some gear.
My 2000XJ has 4-spd auto, 31" tires, Old Man Emu Springs, Rusty's Offroad control arms and track bar, slightly extended shackles, Rock Hard 4x4 rear bumper and rack, 3-row HD radiator, HESCO high flow water pump (www.hesco.us), Hawk Performance LTS front, brakes.
I think I will change gears to 4.56. Don't know if I need tranny cooler. Will be adding Prodigy elec brake controller.

I live in San Antonio, TX. It gets HOT down here. I don't rock crawl. Most of my off-road is in coastal region. Lots of sand. Some mild terrain. We don't have mountains, we have hills.

Looking for towing experiences, opinions, advice!!!
